NPC's that don't wanna fight in Mission Segments?

I know this might not belong here but regards to story segments in missions whats with all the little clickable NPC points that don't wanna fight and just say a few words then thats it?

They're mostly just story fluff for character development. There are specific ones you need to find for the matter board but they don't show up unless you're at that section of it anyway. I'm a bit confused by your wording though. What do you mean by "don't want to fight"?

Most of them I ran into talk about not wanting to get into the action lol But thanks for the explanation.

There are some characters that aren't into fighting, like Afin, Echo, Theodore (though later on through the story, Afin tells the player to watch how much he improved, Echo starts training to try to keep up with Zeno, while Theodore...nope, he just wants do the minimum work possible), but there's also others that are the complete opposite, like Lisa or Gettemhart.
