Maybe its the quartz soul? from my experience people prefer vol for that hp, especially on a tanky unit. Id keep the price where it is though, for that afix you have 12.6 is a good asking price.

Yes, it's most likely the fact it's a hybrid that's stopping it from selling. People either go for Vol or Quartz, with Vol being more popular.

If you ever do affix a unit purely for selling, I highly recommend you pick HP or PP rather than going for both, as you'll definitely get a faster sale.
