PSO2 Tweaker - Various enhancements

Today, Tweaker for some reason gives me this error:

Manually moving all plugins to the disabled folder does not change behaviour. Game starts normally.
I performed "Reset PSO2Tweaker Settings", and the same error still occurs.
The game starts and plays just fine however.

This last update seems to have broken the plugin system. ReShade won't receive input anymore, and the game is not getting translated.

EDIT: the "game not being translated" issue managed to fix itself once I cleaned up the folder. ReShade still doesn't work properly though.

You can use the latest version directly from reshade and use whatever shaders.

That's not what I meant. ReShade 4.2.1 was working fine with PSO2 Tweaker 4.0.8.3, but once updated to 5.0.0.0, it no longer receives key input, making it impossible to edit settings in-game.

So, install ReShade like normal, and not use the plugin system altogether. I think that'll trip GameGuard though.

Seem to have mixed results from people, some saying it works some say it don't. We're still looking into it, so honestly if these work arounds don't work then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

While not exactly Tweaker related, Sucre Märchen Outfit is probably supposed to be translated to Zucker Märchen (Sugar Fairy Tale). Sucre is french and means Success, which doesn't make much sense with the Theme of the outfit.
