tweaker story patch

I am trying to install the story patch, but apparently it's a torrent file and I have no experience with torrent.

Can someone help? I tried to install "final torrent", but it looked shady and was going to install a bunch of BS on my PC.

Is there no way to just get the patch like the EN patch , etc?
