Does the luck rise set work

luck is luck mate; if you feel comfortable with a 15% rare drop boost, then go for it. just put into perspective that it's about 1/3 the boost of a 50% rare drop booster, and most people fail to see any difference in those.

As for the base stats, well I'm not too sure about that

Adding something onto nothing is better than nothing, I suppose.

For stone drop purposes, it adds up over time and it's worth stacking with big boosters if you're running XQs for an 11*. For rares? Pfft, negligible.

It's a matter of how you view luck, I guess. I believe there's a switch in a lot of people's heads(sometimes including my own) where they feel warranted to get something good if they stack a lot of luck boosters, when in reality, it just comes down to luck again. You can increase it all you like, it's still up in the air as a chance. So really, it's up to you. I personally never found them to be worth the investment.

it's not a rare drop rate boost alone, it add the % to all drops, so you will see grinders more frequently, and bosses (should) drop less meseta stacks
