You can get any PB device on the excube shop for 8 excubes. Look up for their name in any database such as cirnopedia or the jp wiki.

You need to trade 10-star weapons in the recycle shop. Any kind will do, including the 10* weapons you can get from the pyroxene shop. You also get 2 excubes everytime you level up after hitting level 60 (when playing on that level 60 class)

If you get 8 summer bingos you get 3 excubes I believe
