PSO2 PC to PSO2 on PS VIta

Hey,

I was wondering if i decide to buy the jp version of PSO2 on the PS Vita does my character from the PC transfer over when i put my sega id in on the PS vita? and will i be able to use my character from my pc version on the vita once i do?

They share the account. It's not a transfer as you can cross play back and forth.

Though that means creating a Japanese psn account and then downloading onto the memory card taking up space on the card and I heard the updates alone take up loads of memory.
