PSO2 Tweaker Error

When I try to install the Story Patch, it pops up with something regarding that I need to run the Tweaker as an admin. I do that, but it still does the same thing. It says the same thing a million more times, but that's about it. I've also tried in the Program Files (x86) directory. What should I do to fix this?

Did you ever move it to the C:\ root?

EDIT: You did. Hmmm... Let me mess around, see if I can whip something up for you~

Just to double check, the story patch is NOT working when you install it via the Tweaker, right?

It doesn't seem to be working. The error above outright says it wont overwrite the files or whatever, and since there are so many files it has to change, I pretty much have to force close Tweaker at that point.
