Did the client order for max level expansion 2, gained a level or two then I was given the difficulty cap up II quest. Just finished it today and none of the level 41+ are unlocked. Am I missing something? Please help.

What level are you? Your main class has to be level 40 to access VH even if you have it unlocked.
