Error 630

This error is gonna be the death of me. There are times it wont interrupt me for a few hour, but 90% of the time it wont let me log into the game or finish a quest I was working on.

I don't see how its bad connection because every other big game I play runs fine. So what the deal with this?

The internet is a series of tubes. Some of these tubes are transported on the back of a truck to where the tubes need to be, but not all the tubes are working well.
