Well, not strictly. A lot of Katana bravers still use bows for bosses due to the power of Banish + Kamikaze Arrow.

Well the first thing you need to choose is what weapon are you going to use Bow or Katana? Despite the ad for Braver saying they specialize in ranged and melee combat they can only really be good at one. Like Bouncers can only really be good with Jet Boots or Dual Blades never both.

Braver aside, Bouncer absolutely can use both boots and blades to their full potential. In fact, you're gimping yourself if you're using only one of them.

* What are pure photons for?
* Klotho has some Pegasus order or other, that either requires or hands out an awful lot of something. What is this something, and what exactly do I need to do to meet this CO?
* The rare Tagami - he drops some crystal or other. What use does this have?

1) They are used for a couple of rings that give SE resists.
2) It gives Lamdba Grinders; you complete it by getting 1 million points in the Vegas Riding Quest (it is cumulative, so it doesn't need to be in a single run).
3) As of right now, it just sells for like 50K to the NPCs. No idea if they are going to do anything more with it.

Can someone whip up a damage calculation between Gix (both min and max damage boost) with Austere, Ares and Ray series? More specifically, under Katana category since this is usually the very first weapon type I go for every new stuff the development team introduced/added in.

Use all stamina on fishing (or until Fever), then start mining.
Use corresponding food booster (if you like) once you got a fever (or start mining), and pray for rng. That's it.

Gemstone(?) Booster for TundraAmber ...... Ore Booster for VorpalRock .....
Medium-size for TundraAmber ........ Big-size for VorpalRock .....

Or you meant FacilityTourmaline? It's Gemstone-type and Huge-size.

Did I already said it need rng?
I tried 200 Stamina mining (through StaminaDrinks ..... Lv14 Mining, 20 Good Pickaxe, 30% Gemstone, in fever State) .... and still get 0 gemstone.
Meanwhile, my alt, Lv10 mining, without any booster or good pickaxe, less than 80 Stamina when Fever ...... got 5

So, yeah .... rng.

Righto, this is gonna be a real niche question, so maybe nobody knows the answer offhand - but I figured it was worth asking just in case, before I start digging through files and stuff myself. Might save me a little time :P

By any chance, does anyone know what game files the models for any of the following enemies happen to live in?

* Diabo Igrithys / Vomos Brodothys
* Zeta Guranz / Epsilon Guranz
* Falke Leone / Leone Falozzo
* Vlima Leopard / Leopard Vlozzo

Just want to take a sneak peek at their models, is all.
