uh no thats terrible as it offers no damage buff at all beyond 10% from latent.. still not sure if hes getting the atra for gunner or hero (cause atra tmg for hero is bad.. val is good for hero but thats another story since thats just for super fast reloads)
but for gu for S1: double edged sword 4% damage 8% more received or the one from atra gs +35 for 2% damage no negative effect S2: 10% pp reduct S3: the crit strike one for 4% damage s4: idunnolol can skip if nothing you want
Well, though depends on build ..... from damage calculator, mine's pretty close to Demonia (2% difference, I think (185 Demonia vs 150 Atra)), with S1 : 2% damage ... S3 : 4% crit-damage ... with addition of life steal on hit from S4.
The gap should be closer with S1 DoubleEdge ..... but I won't recommend it.
Usable for both Hr and Gu as far as my experience using it. Especially that life steal for Gu ._.
