The game gives the option to reveal your skin. Players like it and use it. The only thing that annoys me, which is something that annoys me in every single online RPG I've played, is that I cannot bypass another player's outfit and portray them as something that I like and which strengthens the RP feeling (for example I'd prefer to be able to watch everyone in battle armor even if they themselves select to fight in their undies).

So as to not go offtopic, here's a quick question: If someone plays Te/Ra, should they be focusing on R-atk, on T-atk, or a mix between the 2?

R-atk, but it doesn't make much of a difference anyway.

Wasted a bunch making random stuff, and after trying to make the ALtas Max rod, discover I need these to finish one of the requirement = =;

They should be dropping in Buster Quest (normal mode) at about 1-2 per run, unless they've changed the reward structure. Other than that, they are rare drops from bosses in Enchanted Forest.
