Not sure if you can bypass with Henkaku, but you need to have the latest firmware to log to PSO2 on Vita.

There's a Henkaku upgrader that lets you use 3.65, which can then spoof the firmware version to 3.67, so I'm actually able to play PSO2 on my hacked Vita.

The problem seems to be with installing plugins OR with the Tweaker itself, as no matter what I try, I can't seem to get PSO2V in English. :/ I've followed a couple of guides, but it's not working, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Halaniwa > needs more context. You can race through the lobby sitting on the photon chairs by pressing enter. You can't do that doing the waiting pose. Chances are, the LA you're seeing has this kind of gimmick implemented.

Can anyone tell me if the accessory グラスラージュゴーグル, or Grassoulage Goggles, rotates and positions enough to fit it directly on a character's forehead? Thanks!

Are you sure that is stationary LA? You can move around with certain LA, or you might just experience network error.

You can done that from quick menu (by touching left side of touchpad of your PS4 controller). I don't know if it's possible to customize button layout for PS4 version of the game, but you can bind a key for that in PC version of the game.
