Yes. Hr isn't really a class that builds around crits though, since their crit skill only works on weakpoints.

Yeah, I know that the Hr is not the best with crits. The thing is that I am planing to do a liverate with S5: Mysterious skill (I am not sure if another sword would be better) and I wanted to confirm if I could use the s5 to heal myself with the weapon action. Still not sure if that is the best S-ability I can use with the Hr. For now I was expecting to have 60 points on crit; 20 weapon, 20 ring, 20 S5.

Is there a way to transfer Ligand affixes? The usefulness of this affix seems incongruent with the price it's fetching in player shops. Are people just upslotting with ability transfer passes?

most weapons will main S5: Mysterious Skill anyways so its fine to have it on your Liberate sword, you dont need to build crit anyways as whats already been mentioned but the less variance the better, 60% crit will be good enough since you'll be using other flat % SSA's anyways. You can throw 1 SP into if you really feel like it otherwise don't really bother with the skill
