I decided to get into challenge quests for the first time and I'm wondering what the english block is. I've googled and found 411 as the answer, but seems the block are 800+ nowadays and 411 doesn't exist.

Anyone know what block english people use now?

So, for Potentials that say "increase effectiveness of X by Y%", does that mean that it multiplies the percentage of X's boost and adds the result to the original number, or does it just add Y% to the boost number?

If it's a PA, then it will add its own multiplier. If it's a skill one, then it adds a mini version of it with its own multiplier.

It keeps switching btw lagging and running smoothly. And it doesn't seem to be just me either.

Also it only lags after I try logging in. (even the ship select screen and log in window don't lag)
