Question, the default Etoile weapon look. Is it a weapon? Camo? Is it released?
It's a Camo, it was part of the Twitter campaign which was succesful but i don't think it has been distributed yet.
The distribution date is stated as early January, so we'll probably get it with Jan 8th's update.
Did Vampiric Blade potential / Ultimate Chain get nerfed? even if not in UH I can only recover 1 HP when a couple of months ago it was working properly and recpovering.

What class are you using? Etoile will automatically make all non-Mate/Atomizer healing 1HP if you took even a single point into Damage Balancer. If you aren't using Et main or sub, then I'm not sure what is wrong; I had no issues with my Elder Pain Omega or my S4: Vampiric Strike weapons when I played earlier.
