Can the new affixes Exceed Energy and Divine Will be transferred? Also what is needed to transfer the new EX souls?

No they are non transferable until sega decides to do something akin to mark again. Use 3x of the same souls, not sure receptor works with it (i havent messed with them so i assume so)

EX soul + Monster soul needed to create NTheSoul things (i.e EX Magi + Ringa = Magi at 90% pass)

PA power notation is a end formula percentage multiplier. For example: a PA with power of 1235 is the same as 1235% (also read as 12.35x). If the max craft is +235, it would become 1470 or 1470% (14.7x).

Say your normal “100%” hit does 1000. Using that PA will turn it to 12,350 (and 14,700 at max craft).

Of course there is more to it due to every other multiplier, but that is the controlled environment version of it. (Also, there’s extremely little amounts of things that’ll give you the “normal 100%”)

What exactly do Slayer / Armor Type and Ripper / Ltn. Weak do?
I checked swiki numerous times but they got nothing about these affixes.

If I do BoPh, then get the tech SC skill from ph and L/JB Tech Arts SC, will they stack or no?

So are those affixes really low on 15 star weapons? how much do they diminish as they don't say the exact boost amount.

Lightning Guard S affix is also not translated by i assume from the freeze guard it does the exact same thing except with lightning element.

They do stack and together they allow for near instantaneous charging. It's very useful for quick gear recharging and healing.

They're not very useful, since, even on 13*s they're pretty low.
