Hello. Since Titles are bound to accounts (as far as I know) will I have to grind a Rod to +35 in order to unlock FOrce 80 on a character if I already upped a Rod to +35 with another character on the same account ? Thanks.

Attachment is broken, but my best guess is that you need to make sure that the character that you are using to play the Omnibus Quest has a Support Partner.
No, you will not. Once the Titles are earned, any character you have will be able to automatically clear the lv80 CO.
This may backfire, but are there any blocks/servers or whatnot where people DON'T screw around/do stupid crap during Quna concerts? I actually enjoy them, but 90% of the time (especially in the beginner blocks 001/002, but also some of the high-level ones) anywhere from one to ten people will be doing stupid stuff to ruin it (imo). I am sure they find it fun or humorous, but I don't, is all I am saying (everybody has their own ways of having fun and whatnot).
Just curious if there were any designated blocks where people who actually want to watch/enjoy it or whatnot.
It's rng ...... earlier concert, I was on XH blocks like usual (maybe 16), no "chatty" or "/toge" user.
But, before that (last week or 2 week before, with those tons of concert), I think it was on 16 too, extremely noisy (a ton of /toge to the point I had to turn off SFX to hear the music)
Probably try those ..... recording block or something, (I forgot the block name in EN). Some blocks above Vita, near casino, I think (didn't online atm, so I can't check).
Note : still rng

Ah okay, I play on PS4 so giving the English names wouldn't have mattered much anyway lol. I figured it was just random/luck of the draw, but thought I would ask/check anyway just in case.
I figured when they took the Cosmic Twinkle Star concert away for a while then brought it back, that they hopefully had changed the programming of it to where you can't stand on the platforms unless you are actually participating, but during the first one when back (a week or two ago) I found out, courtesy of about seven players, that this was NOT the case... sigh... Oh well. I think the most populated occurrence of that specific concert that didn't have someone doing something stupid was about six players.

Also, is there any way to turn off /ci# 's from other players from showing? I remember during the previous Event EQ before this current Trick or Treat one (forgot the name already), there were times you couldn't see anything because of 3-4 cut-ins blocking the screen, and it was, again, almost always something stupid/pointless.

One last thing, for this site, I figured I'd add an avatar, and it mentions under the 'delete avatar' part something about custom avatars, but I only see the option of using the list of predetermined ones. Just a poor word-usage situation, or can you actually use a custom avatar? I just picked the most fitting for my profile name, even though I know nothing of the character (aside from looking it up on the PS wiki just now).

Hi all,
I purchased an additional skill tree. My main classes that I leveled up are GU/FI/RA/FO. My highest lv is GU. I want to transfer its skill points to a HU so I can make a Fi/Hu.
This is my problem. All skills in the HU skill tree is 1 SP. How can I transfer all the points to it from my GU?
Note: I have 2 skill trees in HU now since I made the purchase but they're all 1 SP. Please help.
Skill trees and SP don't work like that. You can only obtain SP on a class by leveling the class; there is no way to transfer SP from one class to another. Extra skill trees only serve to give you an additional skill tree layout that you can freely switch between without having to use a reset pass (like being able to switch between a fire Fo build and an ice Fo build).
