Burisa (Magatsu) - 10 more ATK, 45 more HP by default.
Saiki - 5 more PP. 30 more Dex by default. Can be crafted for extreme PP at the cost of HP and resists.

General consensus is that they are sidegrades but Saiki is more preferred due to being easier to farm/already farmed and better PP.

Diaboi set is good for using Speed Rain with... and that's about it since it has no 2-piece set effect and the Partisan itself only has a Speed Rain latent.

yes rare drop boosters effect the rate at which items are drop.

which means XQ/AQ stones and PA discs will drop more often.

Then choose the custom setting and enter your message.

One would think a "rare drop" booster would only boost the drop rate of "rare" drops, and I dont know if those stones/PAs count as "rare" items. Thanks again!

Plenty of english players. However, now they simply go to their relevant blocks for their level, i.e. Normal, Hard, Super Hard, etc.

-I make it on Ship 4 ?
-On Ship 10 ?
-Keep it on Ship 2 ?

I like Ship 2 and I like my team, but I would like to see another community (Ship 10 as a french community, but idk if the economy is meh or not, and I don't know if Ship 4 as an english team or not, and also wondering for economy :c ).

Why do you choose ship 4? Is there even an english community there at all?

That aside, you might be better off with ship 10 for the french community.
There is an english community (sort of) here on ship 8, if you want to try something different :P

I can't say much about economy, since I don't really care about other ship's economic performance.
