To collect the 13*, do you need to have all said items in your inventory or storage to collect?

NP1013's since this morning. haven't been on in over 24 hours so i don't know what changed. last was able to log in just after emergency maint. tried official launcher and its file check, no dice.

also - when tweaker opens, it gives array errors. like, it can't connect to tweaker server or something. the sidebar is completely blank.

tried searching but i haven't seen others commenting on this as recent as 1-2 days.

I'm having the same problem...and this had to happen right before Progeny -_-

You can login the SEGA website, it should give you the email that you used.

How do I revert back to settings below 6? (5 at the most)
I tried changing my settings through the launcher and through the tweaker, but the setings and shaders (I want them off) isn't working.
Just wanted to see how bad my character looked at high settings before turning them back off again.

I have the same thing... the tweaker just forces me to use the shaders that makes me lag...
If i try to change at the official launcher the game just stays black after the new episode 4 intro video....
so right now i'm installing from scratch PSO2, gonna see what it does

EDIT: tried troubleshooting>reset PSO2 settings multiple times before but nothing

Pretty much. If you're using stuff under 10* though you might be better off trying to get an NT weapon, since they seem to be stronger than their non-nt counterparts.
