Weirdly, they combined their shops, but they didn't get rid of either NPC; Notburga is on even blocks and Lineburga is on odd blocks, like with Monica and Dudu.

NT weapons have an EXP bar.

eh adding everything its 115.. that's correct.. but since its double affix power .. should the affix power not show as 230??

It's shown as 115. But, on stats screen, it'll double the amount of stat increase.
It'll increase damage by 14%, and then doubled the affix only strength.
