Her client orders are the following:

1. Clear Coast on Normal+.
2. Clear Shironia Exploration on Normal+ with Lila.
3. Defeat 100 lv.1+ enemies by hitting their weak points.
4. A-Rank+ Sanctum Exploration on Normal+ in under 30 minutes.
5. Clear Tokyo Exploration on Normal+ with Lila, Quina, and Ely.

Let's look at the bonus stats of most of the 12★ Rears and Austere:

You will likely get more bang for your buck with Austere Rear and Arm if you don't have a need for extra Skill Rings, but if you do go with 12★ it all depends on what have available to you, and what you feel is most important pre-affixing: HP, PP, ATK, or a combination.

Beckoning Darkness can usually get you a couple of levels if you get 4 or 5 runs in.

Austere is the best 11* Unit Set in the game, Rear/Arm combo gives a ton of stats and good resistances. The caveat is that since they're 11* Units, you can't use Ring Skills, so you should consider how badly you need Skill Rings before purchasing Austere Units.

I made this sheet a while back because I can't live without spreadsheets, but yeah. It's based on stuffs I actually own so no Izane units. They are not implemented in my game. :< I also don't use the English patch so dunno their exact patched name.

Rear: Ofze/Austere(?) set, Qliphad, Astra, the 1-4 mant looking unit
Arm: Qliphad, Whitill, Zenesis
Leg: Union, Qliphad, Zenesis

Basically, Ofze/Austere? + any 12* leg will beat any full 12* set in non-defense stats hands down. You can come close to it with 2x Qliphad + 1x Zenesis, and you gain more defense if you can run the Ep 1-4 mant + Qliphad + Zenesis while giving up some HP and PP. Ask yourself how many rings you need for your class to function properly, then decide what to do.

SEGA is in no rush to completely overtake it. But assuming you are going elemental DB do you really want to farm for THAT many Aust DBs? Be better off going after the flavor of the month 13* like the Qliphad series which you upgrade from Zeinesis.
