How do I create a "Party Maker"?

I never bothered before, but yesterday, some JP random joined my party and then requested that I establish a Party Maker. Why he didn't just create one by himself down below from the campship (instead of joining my party), beats the hell out of me...

But anyways, I checked the official site how to set up a "Party Maker":

    http://pso2.jp/players/manual/prepar...arty/creation/

It says something about accessing "Quick Menu"?

But I don't see anything in the Quick Menu.

If anyone could assist me, I'd be much obliged.

    Thanks.

Blast it all I just quit the game and telling you how to do this from memory sucks one sec.

    *edit*
    1. Open 'Quick Menu', Default keyboard command is 'P'

    2. Near top of menu you see an option that says 'Change Pattern', assuming you are using english patches
    a. Press the associated command beside it, Default is 'Shift'

    3. New menu should open with the title 'Change Quick Menu Pattern'

    4. Cycle through them to find one that has options you will use, be on the lookout for 'Party Maker Installation/Removal'
    a. 09. Dedicated Menu is the one I use

Franka and Kressida have a few collect mission that involve getting a good amount of items for about 30k exp when you turn it in. Have your SP do those but never turn them in the moment they get back just send them off again selling what they collected to NPCs, or just discarding them.

Similarly, you can also stock up on daily quests that require enemy drops from the daily order admin, Faina. There are usually at least one per day, and they have decent rewards.

One other thing to consider would be how often you have time to send out your support partner(s), and whether or not it makes more sense for you to send them out for a few COs several times a day, or the maximum ten (most likely) once per day.

How do I change PA and weapon action in PvP without remapping my buttons? Some idiot thought that it would be a good idea to switch PA and weapon action buttons after 5 years
