I believe you had to have completed Necky's Challenge at least once when it was out; if you did, did you log in while an EQ announcement was up? I know sometimes that can cuase issues with claiming visiphone prizes. Boost week was last week.

What is the best personality to attach to my freshly minted army of Marons?
Bumped says earning Gavas tickets makes you applicable for the rewards.
Personally any of the personalities will do, it's just that it's kinda inconsistent, but I would probably go with the one that increases damage when below 25％ hp.
