They've made some adjustments to visuals so that the visual effects from other players' and NPCs' attacks and special effects are reduced; basically, it's so that you don't get a screen full of so many effects going off that you can't see anything.

I had to actually look up swiki to check what was the 2nd personality of Viola. From the google translate way of thing, it increase hp recovery of pets on other weapon palettes (that aren't dead). いやし系
Personally, mine got the increased agro and reduced damage taken personality, make it a better brawler. 目立ちたがり

You need to go to the shop area and find the NPC named either Dudu or Monica. If you have a weapon without an EXP bar, then you just need the grinders, but if you have one that has an EXP bar, then you also need extra weapons to feed it.
Highest English speaking population is Ship 02.

However, you can get a free 100 extra storage by linking your account to the mobile game PSO2es.
