No, collecting gunslashes do not.
Collecting rifles applies for both Ra and Gu, yes.

I also tried to buy another ticket, but could not use it anymore.

It should be under your Face Variants option. Since you can't use a new ticket, it means it is definitely registered to your character, so it has to be there if you are a male Cast.

Question 1 is 1 team per ship.
Question 2 is you can pass leadership to another manager IF they are in the same area. Doesn't work if they are not nearby/offline.
