Does anyone know the name of the title used to get into new blocks? i beat heaven and hell but dont think i received it

Did you talk to the Title Counter Attendant afterwards? I think you have to actually talk to them to actually "unlock" a title, I may be wrong though.

You can check your titles in the title list. Check the extreme quest section in the quest tab (3rd tab iirc) for a title called "独極の孤軍奮闘". If it there, you already earn it.

weird, i dont have an "extrame quest tab.would it be stage order?

^ Sorry, maybe it because English is not my native language. Well, i cant see your attachment for some reason, but if you already found the "stage order" title list, the "extreme quest" title list is right above it. Also as Zysets said please check the title counter first to see if you receive the title yet or not.
