No, you won't get the bonus. Your horizontal AND vertical axial position can't change if you want the SS bonus.
However, you can trigger SS with a perfectly timed Add. Bullet or some GU PA (not sure about that, I don't like gunner).

It does, but only if your relative position does not change. (your character also does not move forwards/backwards and if you hang on the same altitude.)

5% multiplier has been confirmed from the time that subclass was implemented.
Prior to that, there was no 5% multiplier.
This multiplier will be applied to all of the damage.
It is even in enemy attacks.
The only exception that currently confirmed is direct hit of the sonde.
