The only other places to get +40% Boosters are from the Battle Coin exchange, but only 1 per week, or by exchanging 8SG scratch items at the SG Recycle Shop. Lavis Cannon wins easily. The blue spheres around you with Uransara don't deal damage, they just tell you what level of the potential you're at.

Is it true that limiting your boost item consumption will give you better odds of getting units instead of weapons? If not, would my odds or getting Celestial Mixion units be better by playing in SH?

If you limit your rare drop rate you will get regular units a lot more that's for sure. AS far as rare units go i'm not too sure how they are considered in the food chain pecking order.

Can't tell how much more hp I lose from the 0 def stats of the unit but I can tell you, since I made one for my Fo, it saved my ass more than once (even with my current poor 1295 s def) in time where I wouldn't had any chance to survive with my usual 980 hp
