Yes, it counts. Logged in and got almost all of the +35 weapon titles related except for DS, which I didn't have a 35 for

Random scratch at the end of each battle ...... there's an item that give +1 max grind ( 強化値上限+1 ).

If it appears on prize list on top (3 prize listed) and you didn't get it on 1st try, scratch again with 10 SG, I think .... which at worst you'll spent 20 SG (again, if it appears on the list).

Good luck finding one though.

Yes, the lv120 pet title counts since that is the "Weapon" requirement for Summoner, but if you don't spend the SG to overfeed your pet once it gets to lv100 (EXP for pets after lv100 is incredibly low, but by using SG to continue to feed them after the initial feeding gives an EXP boost), it may be faster to just get a +35 13* weapon.
(Just to be clear [since your wording makes it ambiguous], you need the +35 Weapon/lv120 Pet TITLE to gain access to Expert blocks; you don't need to have a +35 13* on you.)

Thanks. I have a Lv. 112 Shinkuro right now; how effective would it be to start feeding it as many Eggs as possible in conjunction with PSO2es (assuming I dump 11* fodder Chips into it)?

Did Sega actually state that weapons from 2016 badge shop don't count if you +35 them?
Cause I just got Lambda Bigglow to +35 and I finished all braver cube spcos, but the co is not completed and it doesn't show the crosn in the description next to the point of getting a weapon to +35.

Did I somehow overlook something or do 2016 weapon badge weapons really not count?

You need to go to the title counter and unlock the title probably.
