The option is Unit Skill Addition (it is the first option in the last section), and the ring you want to use needs to be unequipped.

You need to be on an Episode 3 Matterboard.
Mind, you can just buy the Compound Techs that she gives as part of her COs for 50 Photon Spheres each from the Photon Sphere shop.

I just came back after a while of not playing and my Gix rifle sheet says complete for everything, but I already have the rifle. Do I have to manually remove the sheet and accept it again so I can try to get another one?

Yes, you need to manually remove completed sheets. Also, you can no longer get Gix weapons from CF since that CF series has ended.

I got the Astra Arm as a random drop today, and I was thinking about pairing it with Ideal to make a balanced not-dying set. However, I'm not sure whether I should just wait for the rest of the Astra Units to drop or should I just get the Ring Skill on it now and think about it later. I play Jet Boots, mainly, so I'm still not sure where my Ring options are outside of TCP, JBTASC, and possibly Air Reversal.
