ok now it looks like there is finally a patch as the launcher didnt do this an hour earlier

after i kill anga and, dio hunar, there is nothing, no new enemies spawn either

First part of the message is them saying sorry for the delayed response.
The important part is the middle section, ご対応いたしかねますこと is JPN's confusing POLITE BUSINESS manner of saying we are unable to offer anything to you.
You can certainly take that as piss off already

The last part is saying you can fill out the form to disable your SEGA account.

I've seen your posts a couple of times and I can tell that you are a long time player, sad to see that this is happening to you.

Hello, I wanted to know sompething about Force: if I want to use both fomelgion and barantsion, do I need to get both Fire and Ice mastery ?

If you mean if they're required to use them at all, no. If you mean for effectiveness, Masteries will boost those tech's powers, but you wouldn't want to take both masteries in the same loadout. Typically, people make Force trees that specialize in one element, rather than trying to create hybrid trees. What most of us do is create multiple trees for each element and switch them depending on what the enemies where we're going are vulnerable to.
