I got a Neo Cabliss 7s to drop some time ago...
Is it worth to swicth from Austere NT? Losing Darkness Shield 25% pp save feels kinda a waste...On the other side Neo Cabliss extra raw dmg balance the missing S1 and the parying mechanic sounds nice (playing T-atk Bo/Ph btw). Also do it work only with PA or do it work with techs too? Thanks.

It only works with PAs, but you can get the same effect with L/Tech C Parry if you have extra ring space since it does work with Jet Boots.

O no worry about that, I have the combined Bo ring however tech parry ring effect have a cd which I wouldn't have to worry about if Neo Cabliss pot was also working with techs. Would have been too good if pot covered PA AND techs

So if I remember right, 2% dmg buff is roughly 60atk. S1:Sturdy intent is 4% which tighten the raw dmg difference to 56atk and one extra atk slot for Neo Cabliss...So potential gimmick excepted, there's no real point to upgrade (?)

What cooldown? Do you mean that it can only guard one attack from the front per charge? If that is what you are talking about, from what I recall, Neo Cabliss has the same restrictions.

Wow that seems low. Guess I'll test and see if it procs often enough to work with Genon and Cursed Radiance effectively.
