Hey, fellas? Did somebody used S-ablity called S4 Add: Heavenly Protection Ｓ４追加：天輝の守護?
It supposed to increase PP regen during guard motion. Kinda vague. Does Fi dodge moves of Fi weapon count, or its just for Hu's weapons and Katanas, that have solid defense stance?

ALSO: once s-class ability is affixed, it won't disseapear and will be available next time I'll try to affix something?

i think they recover pp only while you are holding the guard button, so no for fi.
sclass will be there, you can reaffix/transfer to another wp anytime.

Does expert reqs cover only 1 character or your whole account of characters (Don't like the idea of doing XQ Solo or Team quest 4 more times on my other chars)?

The EQ still randomly shows up, but it's not scheduled anymore. You can also buy triggers from the treasure shop with stargems sometimes.

It's based on titles, so I'm pretty sure any character can do it after you unlock it, but thanks for reminding me of another reason it's ineffectual.
