I would probably go with the one that increases damage when below 25％ hp.

Apparently it triggers when throwing them (the damage is delt after their hp drops) so it's out and out the best, unless you're making a goofy heal-share maron like I am.

Is anyone else getting and hidden EXP penalty in TD3 now? I've noticed after this update TD3 experience rates were halved, in comparison with before WITHOUT the 150% boost week...(XH Goldrahdas gave around 3500 with 75% exp booster WITHOUT boost week, now they give 1700)

I believe you had to have completed Necky's Challenge at least once when it was out; if you did, did you log in while an EQ announcement was up? I know sometimes that can cuase issues with claiming visiphone prizes. Boost week was last week.

I haven't completed Necky's Challenge and got everything from web panel.
