what does "Wand Special Ability Plus" do? Im confused.
it states that "While using wand, change highest stat of striking and technique special abilities on the weapon"
what are does special abilities?
From what I understand, it uses whatever your highest stat affix (aka special ability) is on your Wand (S- or T-ATK) to scale the damage; basically an auto Switch Strike skill. Though, I am not currently 100% sure of this.

I can understand the flat stats, but what's wrong with a first one?
Ive only messed around Et Hp restore but it doesnt feel like it heals enough, not sure if it has a CD or not but using it on XQ Deus it felt too unnoticeable and i still had to stop and heal myself here and there. Thats just what i noticed though

just a question due to the passive of PP save , its translated properly , does realy works only with PAs? , if thats the case then maybe etoile its not viable for force and technique techers
Just tested it with Fo/Et (using a 20PP cost Foie), Same Arts PP Save does not apply to Techs.
al right , its not viable for a force but for a physical techer maybe , for summoner im sure its gonna be a high risk due to the heal nerf that possibly will affect pets too
