dont know what to tell you because i dont know anyone who takes patch downloads and manually applies it themselves, i was always under the assumption that people let the official launcher or tweaker do it for them. not only that i dont think anyone has this patch early enough to pass it on to you to do so but i could be wrong

Is there anyone else near you that plays PSO2? You can always go with an external drive and copy their pso2bin folder, then just run a Quantum check.

Or maybe even copy the game on an external drive and go to a friend's house with faster internet access.
I'd suggest against public WiFis because they're slow like old 57.6Kbps modems.

I know someone who is providing manual patches for pso2, problem is, the person can't for the next patch because of a family emergency.

So for some reason I had to uninstall and re install bluestacks on my pc. I redownloaded PSO2es and now when I try to log in, it takes me to the 16 digit code page.

I forgot the code and when I click on the buttom right option, I get no email... any help would be appreciated

1st: Clear Story quest, most likely chapter 1 of the Ep6 story.
2nd: I'm not sure, maybe also related to story because it says photoner.
3rd: Probably unlocking Phantom and setting it as your main class.
