S1: Augment Intent (S1:錬成の志 ) or Tech Boost (S1:法撃増幅 ) if Lightstream Talis and you can get T-Atk on weapon Talis greater than 200
S2: Double Edged Sword (S2:諸刃の撃 )
S3: S3:Vital Intent (S3:活実の志)
S4 (if Atra Ex Talis): Vampiric Strike (aka Lifesteal -> S4:奪命の撃)

Then you have your choice of souls/stats/reverie/phrase weak/add-ability-boost... for example:

Astral Soul
Tech VI
Mana Reverie
Grace Tech

I recommend that you get Atra Ex Talis with Lifesteal for S4.

I also recommend (if you can) get a Lightstream Rod for damage or bursting with photon flare, and an Atra Ex Rod for mobbing with Re Zandia/Gigrants-Type-0 (also with S4 Lifesteal).... all of them 8-slotted, of course.

Talis will be more or less for utility -> Zondeeling from a distance (when you don't want to pp dump with Re Zandia), inflicting status effects on Bosses from a distance, and general attacking of small fries from a distance.

It's hard to name a PA that has been good since day one. Almost everything has been good or crap at one point or another. Your effort is better used on knowing what's good right now.

It's better to have S4: Circuit Rotation (less cd on photon flare) than Vampiric Strike (lifesteal).

2 reasons.
Higher uptime on your burst active is vital for increasing dps.
You have access to both Resta and Megiverse for healing.

Level 3 Buster Quests and buster quest EQs (I don't know what dificulty they start dropping at though). I think they also dropped in the halloween EQ with the LQ campaign, but I'm pretty sure that ended.

Just double checking, the 300 Gold Medal S6 abilities in the exchange shop are basically the utility portions of the potentials for Demonia, Kazami no Tachi, and Reaver Garola, correct?

You have to have enough Buster Points; Grade 3 is at 1500BP+ and Grade 3+ is 3000BP+.

Does Apprentice spawn in any advance quest other than city? I usually just log on and run those when I'm bored, I'm low on "d" caps though. But I have a massive amount of all the others.
