    Does anyone know anything aboutthe 15* talisman obsidian waltz (spelling maybe off). Anyways it is the one that you can get the +30 version from the armada badge shop. I donít have lightstream or atra talis for Te because it isnít my main class. I use the 14* talis from incarnated knowledge EQ / Luther. I like the fast casting of my support techs as I like to play Te as mainly support class when I use it. My question is , the obsidian Waltz , the potential says it does things according to your max pp or something like this. Does anyone have a better explanation of what the weapon is capable of? Or is it junk. Thanks.

    The entire Oblisana series is trash requiring you to meet the 200,250,300pp thresholds to benefit from them. I dont really remember the rest of the pot because the benefits werent worth it and i just threw mine into storage. I want to say theres damage and crit increase but i dont have the pot info on hand atm. If you get nothing else to use i guess get it?

    Basically, every 50PP over 100 you have adds an additional effect:

    Base potential: Damage increased by 6%.
    150PP: Natural PP Recovery 20% , Attack PP Recovery 30%
    200PP: PP Consumption Reduction 20%
    250PP: Damage increased by 9%
    300PP: Recover 40PP automatically every 10 seconds

    Thank you both for the feedback. Yeah sounds alittle too out of my league considering my PP is less than 200.
    I was just checking to see if maybe it was anything like Orgei Rancor tmg and the potential was game changing and awesome, which it doesnít sound like it is, unless you have massive pp. Iíll stick to the 14* talis Motav Grimoire for now as far as talismans go in that case.

    Did Sega announce anything regarding their server hardware? I've been unable to play for more than 40 minutes at a time for almost 2 weeks now.

    They havent, unless someone else can confirm the same issues, it may just be your ISP or router issues

    When you add a skill ring to a unit, does it retain the bonus stat effects? Should I get L/Time & Roll to +20 before putting it on a unit?

    Bonus stats don't get added when slotted to a unit. If levelling the ring does not improve the skill, then you can just leave the ring at level 1.

    To add on to what Lyrise said, basically, if you have to use Lambda Grinders to buy the ring initially or it is a compound ring, you can just stick it on a Unit at lv1.
