It is a multiplier. 99.99% of things in this game is a multiplier, so if you are unsure, just assume it’s a multiplier.

Also “stacks” is a very confusing term because a mutliplier stacks too... the word you are actually supposed to used is additive vs multiplier

The team shop triggers are useful for some COs (darker enemies x99) and possibly some exp. It's nice for team cohesion too. And who nows, you might get some Persona Soul units from it.

EXP Boost, Triboost, and Daily Triboost would additively stack (100+150+50=+300%EXP) and Party Boost and Team Boost would multiplicatively boost it ([(300)x1.4x1.1]=462% EXP Boost).

Boosters of the same type do not stack with each other (ie. you can't stack a +50%EXP with a +100% EXP).
Multiplicative boosts only apply to EXP, not to RDR or Meseta.
Yikes, how much is it to get from 1-75 or 50-75 then? I'm using exp tickets so trying to see how much I should split between my characters.

    1 to 75: 39,357,500 EXP
    50 to 75: 34,840,000 EXP

Thanks didn't know that existed. And just to make sure before I start the boosts will work on the 15000 EXP tickets right?

Boosters do not effect 15000EXP Tickets or EXP from COs.

Regarding tickets: If I use those 15000 tickets while on a quest, and then I complete that quest, does the exp granted from them go to subclass, ring exp and Dark Blast exp? I know for sure that it doesn't if used in lobby, as well as all exp earned by clearing COs.

EXP Tickets in the Lobby and CO rewards contribute to Subclass and Ring EXP; I know this for a fact since I used a bunch a couple of weeks ago on a new character.
Based on my quick test, it does not appear that EXP Tickets used in quest add to Dark Blast EXP; once World Engulfed in Darkness comes around, I'll check again since it is a good control.

You should never aim to level up a subclass. It's just not worth it. (If you're BR/HU and you want to level up HU, change your class setup to HU/BR.)

Feed a couple of 15k exp tickets, but don't go overboard with it. Once you reach a certain point you will be able to level up with regular CO rewards and/or survive certain EQs.
Simply feeding two tickets per class will get you to level 15 IIRC on each class, which is a substancial amount of HP and puts you in range of lower bosses in normal difficulty. After that just do the regular unlocking of quests and features by following Coffee's COs. With the exp events going on you should level up just fine afterwards.

@Anduril: Thank you for the corrections... Almost everything I think I "know" about the game, I have it wrong.
