Honestly, I think it would be in the same position as Just Reversal cover, in that level 1 is enough.
Just guessing though, I personally don't see it being very useful, but I know almost nothing about Bouncer right now.
Another question: Are those 10* Matterboard weapons from the Episode 2 matterboards still there? (Like Kenei for example on MB16) Just curious because of how they all changed.

What does Switch Strike for BO do? Its description is kinda of confusing and it doesn't seem to change my stats around like I thought it might do.

Jet Boots will be based on S-ATK instead of T-ATK. Techs won't be affected though. I believe people said that PAs are affected though.
