So, did anyone see the rare version of Quartz Dragon at all during the interrupt events today?
I didn't see a single one.
During the broadcast Quartz event, most of the ones I saw were the rare version.

I also spent an hour and a half on the Ruins +100% rare enemy spawn event, and only 1 rare Dagan, 1 rare Dagash and 1 rare Zeshirayda.
I also didn't see any 10 star drops, but that's to be expected.

This is all normal for PSO2 with +100% rare enemy spawn, right?

+100% rare enemy spawn rate does not mean that the spawn rate is 100%.

Its their current spawn rate x2, so if it's .02% it be .04%.

I know that. I'm just wondering if it's normal to only see 3 rare enemies in 3 hours, even with the x2.

Edit: It's probably just those particular quests sucking, unlike a few minutes of Trick or Treat 2 which often yields a cascade of rare enemies.

Well, SuperHard seems to up it by a large margin. SH Trick or Treat 2 yielded a ton of rare enemies, even bosses. But even in general, I've seen more rare enemies from SH than I have from a few months of Very Hard.

I have been having issues trying to start up my game on my vita. I keep getting an error code but its in japanese so I dont know what im doing wrong. I have already made my sega account on the japanese website and confirmed it. So I dont know what is going on. The error show [no.678] at the end

Okay... So running a file check did not help much

I am still unable to run Mech Power Survey: Desert, but now the game crashes whenever I try to open the Mag Menu; only Mags, though, all other menus are perfectly fine. I've tested this 4 times now, and tested the Quest 5 times... I think I'll try running a file check through the original update instead of the Tweaker @.@

But does anyone have any other suggestions?
