If on ship 2 the cheapest for Kohri is currently about 26 million and for Aika it was 30 million when i checked yesterday.

What's the easiest way for a new player to earn some photon boosters, including title rewards (and which title rewards, if any)?
Photon Boosters are currently in the 2016 Weapon Badge shop for 50 gold badges. Just do the Limited Quests in the Feature Quests section at the counter, and drop into certain EQs and you'll get badges. The LQs should be the fourth/last one listed under the Featured section, it cycles through a couple different ones each day.
