What ship are you on? I've been fine getting full MPAs in Blocks 19 and 38 on ship 2. Depends on the time of day too though. I have better luck when JP players are on.

It's not impossible, just not something that's really under your control.

At this point it's arguing over like 30 minutes of time saving... that's about how long it took me to finish Vegas Illusia just doing solo XQ. Worst case is like an hour.

That's way more than enough time even if you're trying to reset your sheet before the next mother.

is the astra series +40% pp regen on hit enough to save inefficient pp weapons like knuckles etc?
if not, which weapon benefit most from this regen? i am thinking bow, but not sure exactly.

You have to finish Annette's CO's. Gene will show up next to her.

its great for all melee really.. though i think katana benefits more from gix

If I attach an L-ring to a unit, will the stats from level grinding follow?

No, all you get is the skill at whatever level it was at when you affixed the unit.

So basically, it'd be best to attach, for example, Air Reversal and Step Jump at level 1 since it has no effect other than for stats (which isn't useful as well after it is attached to a unit)?
