Well Episode 5's story has started, hence calling the patch Episode 5. There has been balance adjustments to classes, mostly involving buffs to PAs and some tree changes. An example would be RA if you had 10/10 in Weak Bullet you wouldn't really notice unless you checked the skill that you lost quite a chunk of its damage, exactly what it would be if WB jamming was in effect. Conversely the CD for WB has been reduced to 90 seconds AND you have 6 shots now.

dunno if this is right thread, but is proxy plugin for tweaker broken/error? i can't use my team proxy and other proxy like seiryl now. got so much rto too when using telepipe proxy.

Dang, but it was fine yesterday before the update. DIdnt know there are broken files. Guess I'll wait a little longer.
