The cheapest method to get 100 atk is to go Apprentice Soul, Modulator, and Atk 3. It should be cheap because is 3 slots, though I dont consider this a worthy affix in general.

Don't get your hopes up; considering the file just left, you won't see it or its weapons for quite a while (not to mention that this past CF was already an encore).

Honestly, it's not likely that any of the expired EQ collection files will return, since the only ones that have were after upgrades to EQ weapons. Even if Sega was planning on a repeat of a particular file, it would be nearly impossible to predict which one they'd bring back and when.

If you're missing a few weapons to +35 something, your best hope is that it drops during the EQ and/or Sega sets up a way to exchange weapons you don't want for one that you do.

guranteed Astra will make a revival if the obvious solo Mother EQ reveal hits. Either a new Astra form upgrade or just a new series all together that require an Astra wep to get to via solo Mother only mats aka solo PD

There's also grind cap + 1 from Battle mode or from paying 300 Class Excubes for a grind cap + 1 matching your class/weapon of choice.

If you mean that you heal when you cast an attack Tech, then you would need a weapon that has that potential, like a Fornis. Luckily, they are reviving the entire Fornis line next maintenance, so you can get yourself a nice collection of them for every element that you would need.

Edit: Fighter gets all 3 weapons and Bouncer doesn't get Dual Blades because of it... That's disappointing

They are adding the last two unreleased Fornis weapons as well, Partizan and Dual Blades, so there will be a Fornis for every weapon type (except Takt).
