EP5 came out in July 2017. It's now May 2018.

I can't unlock the final skill for loser form. I'm trying to counter step, but it doesn't appear to work. It looks like I only did it once, but never again. is there a video on it or something? Am I missing something?

Is there any lobby action that warps, spawns or teleports your character that I can buy from the player shops (unlike DF Warp)?

The major thing is that your Counter Attack has to hit a target for it to count, and it is possible that your Counter Step attack (which fires any time you use Step, not just when dodging an attack) is killing the enemy/breaking the part before the Counter Attack connects (either it dies, or breaking it causes you to lose lock on the area, so the Counter Attack misses). On one of my characters, I was able to get 11 just from the Deus in the Easter EQ by locking onto him and dodging his lightning and thorn attacks since he has enough HP and no breakable parts.

No, just to the AQs that are part of the Rally. There is currently as separate boost going on for all missions, but that is becuase of Golden Week/5million registered IDs.
