raising a 14* weapon to +35 will work to rid the level 75 cap? i know the client order ask a 13* weapon, but i dropped a 14* for a BO and now im raising it

It should, as the titles say 13* or higher.

I'm trying to 5s a unit set (the bode set, which I have five of them from Enchanted Forest) with something CHEAP for GuHu (trying out the class since I found a Quelle Windia TMG in EForest about a month or so back), while at the same time not being an asshat in an MPA setting with totally miserable affixes.

For now I'm thinking along the lines of something basic like:

Ares Soul
Shoot IV
StaminaIV
SpiritaIV
Mutation II

But I was wondering if someone have something better in mind.

Also, is there an affix/soul that boosts Apprezina Reverie when affixing?

Any recommendations?

I keep see many players asking for "cheap" build, but turns out too expensive, at least for me.
So would be helpful to state your budged range to define "cheap".
Apprenzina Reverie currently cheap as it currently the most common EQ for this week. You need 3 of them to get at most 50% success chance without affix boost.

She has moved to next to the Campship gate; once you go to her and collect your title, the CO will complete.

Both Fabula Soul and Historia Soul boost the transfer rate of Apprezina Reverie. Apprezina Reverie x3 plus one of those souls will give an Apprezina Reverie transfer rate of 70%.

Note that both Fabula Soul and Historia Soul can also be used, combined with an appropriate boss soul, to make Ares the Soul available, so use whichever is cheaper (likely Historia Soul).

I assume your affix set would then become Ares the Soul/Apprezina Reverie/Shoot IV/Stamina IV/Spirita IV. I don't think you are going to find anything cheaper for that much stat value.
