open inventory > click that outift > take a look of that drop down menu, there should be "Obtain Star Gem" option

The SG bar fills automatically based on the amount of time it has been equipped (even if logged off); specifically, it takes 24 hours for the bar to fill completely.

Depends on your stats.
- If have high defense like above 2k & resist (which unlikely for Fo/Te), then go for Deband drink.
- If have good HP like around 1200+ then HP drink is better as it increase HP by 20% for Large effect (iirc).

Otherwise, learn to dodge with or without Short Mirage ring and Tech Charge Parry ring or Nabarta-0.
That just my personal opinion, at least what I will do.

Get Guts and hope you have little HP left when getting hit by strong attack and learn to use Short Mirage Step & Tech Charge Parry ring.
Normal Mirage Step has some delay at end animation which dangerous when dealing with follow up attack. But if you can use macro to switch between Normal & Short Mirage Step, that would be better.

My Ra/Hu has 1600 T-Def, 42% T-resist & 16% Fire resist
Dragon rematch fire ball hit me like 650~700 damage

For your case, neither Deband or Gust would help you much. But Guts would be better in your situation added with Jerky.

Considering that PD's 2nd form managed to kill me with one hit when using Guts Drink EX, guessing you're right. Oh well, guess I'll just have to play until Murphy's law decides to stop fucking with me.
